Subscription Renewal
and Cancellation

By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that the subscription will automatically renew at the current subscription rate, and you agree to both the initial and ongoing payments. You will be deemed to have agreed to be responsible for all recurring charges until cancellation.

RankingJapan will initiate regular billing based on the subscription plan purchased by the customer. Unless the customer notifies us of any changes to the payment method or requests cancellation at least 48 hours before the order cutoff date (15th of each month), billing will continue automatically without additional approval. If the subscription is resumed, a new invoice will be automatically generated based on the current plan’s order period. To cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the order cutoff date (15th of each month). All subscriptions are renewed on the 15th of each month. Any account changes made after the 15th of a given month may not be reflected in deliveries until the following month. Even if you cancel, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.

RankingJapan reserves the right to modify the services provided and the associated pricing at any time, with or without prior notice. Additionally, we retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
