Subscription Renewal
and Cancellation

In case of any inconsistency, the cancellation terms stated on this page shall apply. By purchasing a subscription from RankingJapan, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it in accordance with the terms below. You authorize RankingJapan to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method for both the initial subscription term and any subsequent renewal terms.

Automatic Renewal & Billing

  • All subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Subscription billing is processed on the 15th of each month.
  • Charges will continue to be applied automatically unless a valid cancellation request is submitted within the required timeframe.
  • RankingJapan is not responsible for unsuccessful cancellations resulting from incorrect account access, late requests, or customer oversight.

    Cancellation Timing

    • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the monthly order cutoff date (the 15th of each month).
    • Cancellation requests submitted after this cutoff may take effect in the following billing cycle.

    Multi-Month Subscription Plans

    • For 3-month and 6-month prepaid plans, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.
    • These plans remain active for the entire prepaid term, even if a cancellation request is submitted during the active period.
    • Any cancellation request for multi-month plans will take effect after the current prepaid subscription term has fully concluded.
    • No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or early termination refunds will be issued for prepaid subscription plans.

    Refund Policy

    • Once a billing period has begun, all charges for that period are final and non-refundable.
    • RankingJapan does not provide refunds for unused time, unshipped portions of a prepaid term, or missed cancellation deadlines.
    • Refunds are not provided except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Returns Policy.

    Service Access After Cancellation

    • After a cancellation request is successfully submitted, you will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of the current billing or prepaid period.
    • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.

    Changes to Service

    • RankingJapan reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, or service contents at any time.
    • We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions at our discretion, including in cases of policy violations, payment failure, or suspected misuse.

    Customer Responsibility

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review billing dates, cancellation deadlines, and subscription terms.
    • Failure to cancel a subscription in accordance with this policy constitutes acceptance of continued billing.
